After watching Celebrity Fat Club I found a diet tip starter for ya...

When starting a diet you should detox for the first 10 days of your diet!

That means only eat fruits, veggies, and water.... Only, along with exercise,

cardio mixed with weights....








I don't know if anyone is watching celebrity fit club this season but so far it rocks...

I like the bartender from the Love Boat, Isaac. He is a smoooth character in real life. He dresses

slick and has a laid back personality... I hope he does well.... You go Isaac

I found this pic of me when I reached my heaviest. You may not think it looks that bad, but for someone who is use to weighing 120-125 lbs. It was a big change. I reached 156lbs....went from a 5 to a size 11 or 13..... I went on the Zone Diet and lost 30lbs, but I got to skinny and my friends told me that my head looked to big for my body, hahahaha....

yesterday i went to the fresh market and on a whim got a loaf of zucchini bread, a peice of tiramisu, and 2 canolis!



tiramisu means "throw me up" in italian! how aprapos!

Exercise gets the BIRD!

So realizing that I need to be healthier, I began another exercise routine.
Started on Monday morning, running/walking on treadmill then 10 mins of Abs.
I AM SO OUT OF SHAPE!!!!

I couldn't follow the ab video and I hurt so bad. I almost feel as if being out
of shape is better than being in shape. It's so hard but I am not stopping.
I watched an episode of wife swap or whatever and this mom exercises 3 hours
a day. WTF! I hate her. 45 mins kills me....

So I plan to diet to the ZONE and exercise... I want to track my bitchness on my
Fat Camper sight. Maybe one day I will reach my goal...




but if i start to look like this



Just let me know...

This morning's weigh in... 135lbs.
